Main functions and features
1. The JKFT-1 analytical iron spectrometer system includes a gas pressure spectrometer and an iron spectrum microscope. The pneumatic spectrometer uses a high gradient and strong magnetic field to separate ferromagnetic and paramagnetic abrasive particles from machine lubricating oil, and deposits them in order of particle size on glass plates to make ferrographs. Iron spectrum microscope can be used to observe, analyze, and measure the morphology, size, composition, and quantity of wear particles on iron spectrum plates.
2. Analytical ferrometers can be widely used for wear monitoring and lubricant evaluation of various machine systems, as well as for studying friction state transitions and wear mechanisms. Therefore, it is an important instrument for monitoring machine operating conditions and conducting particle tribology research.
3. The pneumatic spectrometer uses a pneumatic micro pump to transport oil samples, which does not damage the original form of abrasive particles during transportation and works stably and reliably. The installation angle of the iron spectrum plate can be adjusted in stages to meet the selection of different particle sizes of abrasive oil samples. The support arm is equipped with a positioning device that can adjust the distance between the oil pipeline and the iron spectrum plate, keeping the state of the oil sample inlet consistent and improving the reproducibility of iron spectrum plate production. Equipped with a digital timer, it can select between timed beeping or beeping to stop the pump within the range of 1 to 99 minutes.
4. The iron spectrum microscope has dual path illumination of transmission and reflection, and is equipped with multiple color filters and polarization systems. Two lighting sources can be used simultaneously or separately, and the brightness of the light source can be adjusted. Using a flat field achromatic objective lens and a large field eyepiece, the optical system is clear and comfortable to observe. Digital cameras can also be used for photography. The microscope and lighting power supply are designed as one unit, with a reasonable structure and easy operation.
