Main functions and features:
1. The JK-1 fully automatic petroleum product reflux acid value tester is designed and developed in strict accordance with the GB/T28552-2012 standard, in response to urgent market demands. It is a fully automatic measuring instrument that can accurately detect the oleic acid value of transformers. This instrument improves work efficiency and testing accuracy while reducing operator contact with samples and reagents.
2. The color touch LCD screen is easily operated through a touch sensitive LCD display.
3. No manual weighing is required, simply place the sample in the sample cup, and the instrument will automatically perform operations such as sample injection, heating reflux, measurement, discharge of waste liquid, and display of printed results.
4. The instrument automatically deducts the background values of ethanol and indicator during the measurement, resulting in more accurate results. One start-up can measure one sample, which is convenient to use and highly efficient. The instrument is equipped with standard acids and calibration procedures for calibrating instruments. Users can calibrate the instrument and neutralizing solution at any time, overcoming the defect of concentration changes in neutralizing solution during use and improving the reliability of test results.
